Once you’ve been checked in, you’ll have a chance to select a beverage from our refreshment bar to enjoy during your brief wait time. After you’ve been escorted to your treatment room, the appointment will begin with a member of our staff taking a few X-rays and photos of your mouth. You’ll then get to meet your dentist, who will take a moment to ask about your dental history and any pressing concerns you might have. From there, they’ll perform an oral exam, go over the images from earlier with you, and discuss any additional treatments you might need. When all of your questions have been answered, you’ll be escorted back to the front desk to schedule your next appointment.
You now have the option to fill out our patient forms ahead of your first visit so we can check you in with little to no wait. Just download the forms by clicking on the link below, and be sure to bring them with you on the day of your appointment. If you have any issues accessing our forms, you can fill them out after you get to our dental office, or we can email them to you.
